Synopsis: Added: Mar 28, 2017 3:52 pm This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subject 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Offerors may send questions regarding this solicitation to [email protected] by April 3, 2017 at 1:00pm CST. This solicitation is issued as a Request-For-Quotation RRB17Q0004. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-87-2. C.

This solicitation is seeking price quotations for the provision of extended stay hotel accommodations in Chicago, IL for U.S. Railroad Retirement Board employees. This solicitation is a local area set-aside. The RRB is seeking quotes from hotels that are located within the following area surrounding the RRB Headquarters:
North and South boundaries: Division St. to the North and the Chicago River to the South
East and West boundaries: Lake Shore Dr. to the East and Wells St. to the West

The RRB will only accept and evaluate quotations from hotels within the above stated areas.

Quotations in response to this RFQ are due on April 20, 2017, by 1:00pm CST. Please see the attached RFQ documents for further information regarding this solicitation.
