The purpose of this procurement is to provide Command Navy Region South West (CNRSW) a complete and useable Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at Building 554, Harbor Drive Annex (HDA), Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL), San Diego, California. The two existing chiller units, boiler unit, and three rooftop air handling units will need to be replaced with a DX heat pump system as well as fan coil units in Rooms 150, 152, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 165 and 166.



Type of work/projects may include, but is not limited to: Design DX systems to replace the three air handling units currently serving the building.

Provide a design that provides the use of one air cooled chiller and one boiler to serve fan coil units in rooms 150, 152, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 165 and 166. Design shall provide the combining of chilled water systems to one outdoor air cooled chiller and one boiler. Provide new pumps, expansion tanks, hot water storage tanks, valves and piping to create a comprehensive system. Design and construct heating and cooling system to all spaces supplied by the existing CW system.
