This solicitation is for Passenger Transportation Services in Argentina. This solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps - no paper copies will be mailed. Electronic submissions will be accepted. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.
The anticipated performance period is from November 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The pre-quotation conference date for this solicitation is specified in the solicitation document enclosed herein.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
