Work Included: Major items of work shall include the following:
Provide two (2) double wide trailers (Admin and Berthing) to include manifold, wood steps, decks, delivery and installation. Connect to existing utilities: Connect new 3" PVC sewage line approximately 180"-0" to the sanitary line at the north side of the Medical Building. Provide reducer from 4" to 3" line. Install per local codes for utility depths.
Connect new 1" HDPE water line to each trailer approximately 240"-0", to the existing water line with a T-connection at the east side of the Medical Building. Install per local codes for utility depths.
Connect trailers to existing electrical panel at the site previously used by a construction trailer with 2" PVC conduit, approximately 170"-0". Install min. 12" below grade Provide 120"-0" of 4" conduit from Medical Building to Admin trailer and stub up into Telecom Room as designated in the field. Install min. 12" below grade. Provide 50"-0" of 2" conduit from Telecom Room in Admin Trailer and stub up into Berthing/Rec Trailer.
Work associated with these items are described in the following specification sections and/or are shown on the contract drawings. Incidental work items not listed above and necessary for completing the project shall be included.
