DPFSC Full-Time Support Services (№11048664)

The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract for The Defense Personnel and Family Support Center (DPFSC) Full-Time Support Services. The solicitation number is H9821018R0024 and issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-98, effective 2 August 2018, and DPN 20180629. This requirement is being advertised 100% set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services and the size standard is $15.0 million.

Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Period of Performance will be date of award through 12-months for the base period and four 12-month option periods.

Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 11:00 a.m. Eastern, September 5, 2018. Only proposals received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government.
