Project Specific Litigation Support Services (№10983335)

This is a Solicitation Notice. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is in need of eDiscovery litigation support services, including processing, loading, review, analysis, and production to support a single, time-sensitive case so that the OCC can meet its supervisory and enforcement responsibilities. The Contractor shall be capable of providing cloud-based, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) compliant litigation support services. The Contractor shall be responsible for software and systems and services, and provide a hosted eDiscovery platform solution (eDiscovery system) to perform and support the eDiscovery services. The Contractor"s Cloud Service Offering (CSO) must be FedRAMP Authorized. Please refer to the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and associated attachments. Questions received after the deadline may NOT be responded to, unless deemed significant by the Contracting Officer or the question conveys a material mistake and/or error in the Solicitation.
