The Scope of R&A services under this acquisition are to provide general repair and alteration services to Government Owned and Leased facilities. Task order requirements may include but are not limited to: General construction, painting, carpeting, walls and framing, demolition, carpentry, HVAC, electrical work, ceilings, and plumbing. Specific line items will be described in the solicitation.
The procurement method that will be implemented for this project will be in accordance with FAR Part 15.1 - Source Selection Processes and Techniques. This is a competitive acquisition, utilizing the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable approach (LPTA) under FAR 15.101-2. The process states only the proposals that are found technically acceptable shall go to the next stage, which will be price.
The Pre-Proposal Conference for this solicitation has been scheduled for Wednesday May 2, 2018, at 9:00 AM EST. This Pre-Proposal conference shall be held via Meeting Space / teleconference. All those firms interested in attending must provide the names of the attendees to the Contract Specialist listed below by the COB, May 1, 2018. When submitting your interest in attending the Pre-Proposal Conference, please enter the solicitation number in the subject line of your email. Instructions for meeting space will be sent out via an amendment.
