IDIQ Oily Water Separator Systems Support (№10562531)

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS.

The RFQ number is EA-133M-18-RQ-00697. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-98. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/. The NAICS code is 562998, All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services, and the Small Business Standard is $7.5million. The proposed contract is Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered.

The NOAA Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD), Norfolk Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the services described below in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

This announcement will close at 5:00 PM ET on August 7, 2018. The Ordering Period shall be September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2023. Place of acceptance shall be NOAA vessels at locations across the country as highlighted in the attached Statement of Work. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.

Provide complete pricing for all services and all parts applicable to the attached Statement of Work. Include and document discounted pricing on applicable parts and services. Please note the quantities reflect estimates only and are not guaranteed. Travel Pricing will be quoted at the Task Order level and billed in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations.
