The resultant contract will be awarded with a 1-year period of performance (PoP). The anticipated start date of this requirement is July 23, 2018.
Offerors are requested to submit a written technical and price proposal in response to the RFP and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)(Attachment 1). Further information on submission of the technical and price proposals is provided throughout RFP HC102818R0064.
The PWS includes reference to various appendixes. CONTRACTOR"S INTERESTED IN PROPOSING THIS EFFORT SHOULD REQUEST COPIES OF THE APPENDIXES FROM MR. RODNEY PLACZEK at [email protected].
Site Visit Information. A site visit will be offered at the place of performance identified in the PWS. A site visit is tentatively planned for May 31, 2018 at 1:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) during which contractors may obtain a better understanding of the work required. Offerors are strongly urged to attend this site visit to fully inform themselves about the location and conditions under which the work is to be performed.
Questions should be addressed to [email protected]. Please provide any questions, in writing, no later than June 1, 2018 at 1400 (CST). The Government reserves the right to not answer questions submitted after this time.
Proposals are due no later than July 02, 2018 at 1300 (CST) and should be submitted electronically to [email protected]. The Government will not accept proposals that are not submitted electronically (i.e., through e-mail).
