The IBWC is seeking price quotes for: One (1) Crane to be mounted on a Mechanics truck (G71-0238U 2017 F550 truck, Manufacture of service truck body is Knapheide). The crane shall come with outriggers for safety.
Installation to be conducted at a local vendor. The piece of equipment may be shipped to the local site for installation.
Offerors shall provide specifications and picture of item being quoted.
CLIN Structure: 1. 2500LB Crane mounted on Mechanics Truck Crane, 1 ea @ $_____. See Attachment specifications. 2. Installation Fee, 1 ea @ $_____. 3. Freight, 1 ea @ $_______ Grand total $_____
Refer to attached specifications for description of the requirement to include dates and places of delivery, inspection, and acceptance.
The piece of equipment shall meet or exceed the attached specifications.
The destination for FOB Destination shall be the Mercedes Field Office.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), responsible offeror.
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. NOTE: The offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed at https://www.sam.gov.
