This project will be acquired as a 100% Competitive 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance for this project is 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 9 JULY 2018. The bid opening date will be on or about 8 August 2018 at 2:00PM Eastern Time. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. It is the contractor"s responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web-site for any amendments. All bidders are required to be registered in the SAM.gov to be eligible for award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The magnitude of this construction is estimated to cost between $1000000 and $5000000.

Bids must be delivered by stated date and time of bid opening to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Room 1843, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist.

The media selected for issuance of Synopsis/Solicitation and amendments shall solely be at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, the media utilized for this project shall be the internet. Telephone, email or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted or honored. Paper copies of this solicitation and amendments, if any, will not be available or issued. Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format.
