The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using procedures in FAR 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, FAR 14 Sealed Bidding, and FAR 36 Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts, will be utilized for award of one contract.
