Synopsis: Added: Aug 30, 2018 11:14 am 1. The project includes but is not limited to the following work:
a. Provide a dust and safety partition wall between the storage and the working
Area
b. Dismount the existing built-in components (surface-mounted installations,
wall brackets, light switches, receptacles etc.)
Dismantle the existing masonry, the existing reinforced-concrete floor slab
with floor drain including the basic lines.
c. Install the new reinforced-conrete floor slab and the new floor drain and
provide all required penetrations complying with the standards of the
Water Resources Law.
Apply the epoxy-resin sealing in layers on the new floor slab.
d. Connection of the new floor drain with the existing oil separator
Connection of the ventilation and the alarm system of the
oil separator.
e. Connection of the sectional gate control.
f. Perform sealing work at vertical walls and perform tiling work.
During the entire construction process, the personnel will continue working in the rear storage area, possibly resulting in obstructions for the contractor.
Take all precautionary measures to guarantee job site safety.

2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $25000.00 and $100000.00

3. The performance period is 60 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 10 calendar days is included.

4. The solicitation will be issued today on this website. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments.

5. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria.

6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
