FIREHOUSE RANGE AND OVEN (№10135307)

SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT

The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation to include travel and per diem to Kodiak, Alaska as required to complete the Acquisition and Installation of a double deck electric convection oven and LP gas 8-burner cooktop IAW SOW. Work includes, but not limited to the purchase of the name brand or equivalent items indicated in the SOW. Demo, prep and install of items in the area indicated on the drawings and specifications required for a complete and functional installation. Contractor will be selected based on lowest price technically acceptable. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None

Performance Period: Complete work within 30 days of Notice to Proceed.

SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Prior to ordering or procuring materials, submit three (3) copies of the required information to the Contracting Officer for approval. Include manufacture’s catalog data, certificates and other evidence indicating compliance with the specifications Per Submittals Requirements of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification.

CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable federal, state, and local construction and environmental regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures.

A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD UPON REQUEST. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.)
Location: USCG BASE Kodiak, Kodiak Firehouse, Building N64, Kodiak, Alaska 99619.
