Major Exterior Paint Project (№10135289)

The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other services necessary to paint the exteriors of 39 buildings per statement of work. The requirement will be solicited as a written Request for Quotes (RFQ) and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The construction magnitude for this requirement in accordance with FAR 36.204(c) is between $100000 and $250000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238320, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 29 June 2018. The anticipated award date is on or about 25 July 2018. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 160 days after issuance of notice to proceed. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price construction contract.
