Synopsis: Added: Apr 16, 2018 11:10 pm The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) Glynco Georgia Campus has a requirement for Uniform, Equipment Issue and Laundry Services. Performance criteria for overall requirements of these services will fall under contractor responsibilities. The services outlined in this requirement encompasses contractor responsibilities in providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Uniform, Equipment Issue and Laundry Services at the FLETC Glynco Campus, Georgia. The Contractor shall manage the total work effort associated with the operations, maintenance, and all other services required herein to assure fully adequate and timely completion of these services. Included in this function is a full range of management duties including, but not limited to, planning, scheduling, warehouse and inventory management, report preparation, establishing and maintaining records, and quality control. The Contractor shall provide adequate staffing of personnel with the necessary management expertise to assure the performance of the work in accordance with sound and efficient management practices. The Contractor shall have warehouse and inventory management expertise to include daily warehouse managing, accurate inventory control and tracking. The capability to manage, edit and update the provided Government furnished electronic inventory management system ensuring proper inventory accountability and current inventory data are provided to the Government.

This procurement will be a competitive 8(a) set-aside, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $38.5M. The Product Service Code is S216, Facilities Operations Support Services. This contract will consist of a Base plus five (5) 12-month option periods. The anticipated contract type will be a single award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The Government anticipates release of the solicitation 70LGLY18RGLB00001 on or about 24 April 2017. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov/. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. A site visit will be scheduled at time of solicitation.
