CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY TO REPAIR THE STRUCTURAL AIRCRAFT GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (GSE) SINGLE STORY WAREHOUSE/MAINTENANCE BUILDING. THE PROJECT SHALL REPAIR THE STRUCTURAL BASE PLATES OF ALL COLUMNS; REPLACE ALL COILING METAL DOOR FRAMES; PROVIDE CORROSION PROTECTION VIA PAINTING OF ALL VISIBLE STRUCTURAL MEMBERS; PROVIDE A WATERTIGHT ROOF COATING AND EXTERIOR PANEL COATING; AND REPLACE THREE OF THE NONE OVERHEAD COILING METAL DOORS.ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS.
