The U.S. Army has a requirement to repair the roof on building 111, Fort Greely, Alaska. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information.
A site visit will be conducted on 31 August 2018, 9:00 AM Alaska Time (AKT) at BLDG 603 Conference Room, Fort Greely, Alaska. Please call 907-873-1140 for base access instructions. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 5 September 2018 by 10:00 AM AKT. All questions will be responded to through FedBizOpps.gov (FBO) only.
The magnitude of this project is between $100000 and $250000.
